We are thrilled to announce Executive Chef Paul Militzer has joined the AIHS and il Palazzo staff as a full-time chef. With more than 30 years of culinary experience, Militzer is available help members, guests, and businesses host their personal and corporate events at il Palazzo. Paul is already creating menus for brunches, luncheons and specialty dinners.
Paul attended Omaha Culinary Academy and was mentored under well-known Omaha Chefs Richard Bolamperti, Al Buda and Walter Hecht. His extensive culinary experience includes a combined 28 years as Executive Chef at Champions Run and Happy Hollow Country Club. He was also in charge of all the food at the Omaha Cox Classic golf event for 15 years.
Paul is known for his commitment to preparing exquisite cuisine using the best quality ingredients available and delivering the utmost service to dining guests. He prides himself with staying current and being creative with today’s trends in regional and local cuisine. His state-of-the-art techniques and kitchen management skills are boldly displayed at every event.
